What Wren keeps
Four things, nothing more.
We collect only what is needed to run the service you asked for. Here is exactly what that is.
Your account
Your name, email address, and a password you set (stored as a one-way hash we cannot read). We use this to keep your account secure and to reach you about your Wren plan.
The people you added
The name of each loved one, how you know them, and the context you shared so Wren can check in thoughtfully. We keep this only to personalize the check-ins you asked us to run.
The check-in conversations
The messages Wren and your loved one exchanged during each check-in. We keep these so we can produce your gentle read and so you have a record of past check-ins to look back on.
The reads Wren sent you
The soft, honest note Wren wrote for you after each check-in. These live in your space so you can revisit them any time and notice a trend over weeks or months.
How it is used
Only for what you asked Wren to do.
Wren uses the information you share to run gentle check-ins with the people you added and to produce the honest read it sends back to you. That is the whole purpose.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising on other platforms. We do not share it with data brokers.
When Wren produces a gentle read, it shares the check-in conversation with an AI model provider under a strict processing contract. That provider uses the conversation only to generate the read and may not retain or use it for any other purpose.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Every piece of information that moves between you, your loved one, and Wren travels over an encrypted connection. Data stored on our servers is encrypted at rest.
Access controls
Only the people at Wren who need to support and improve the service can access account data, and only after internal review. No one else.
Your control
Ask for a copy any time.
You can request a full export of everything Wren holds about you and your loved ones. Write to us at hello@joinwrencare.com and we will put it together and send it to you within 30 days.
You can also delete specific check-ins, remove a loved one, or close your account entirely at any time from your space.

Email us from the address tied to your Wren account and we will prepare a machine-readable export of everything we hold: your account information, the people you added and their context, every check-in conversation, and every read we produced. It will arrive in your inbox within 30 days.
